Networks
On a structural level, advocacy work is done through membership of various steering and background groups as well as through public statements.
Pro Centre is a member of:
· The steering group of Finnish Action Plan Against Trafficking in Human Beings, as well as in the planning group for information, guidance and training (until spring 2011)
· The steering group for the integration of Thai women
· The organisational working group of Finnish Internal Security Program
· The expert working group on HIV
· The steering group of Aikalisä [Time-out] project.
Nordic Network on Prostitution
Pro Centre Finland is a member of the Nordic Network on Prostitution. Nordic Network on Prostitution brings together organizations, activists and researchers who work with issues related to prostitution and other forms of sex work in the Nordic countries. Network has been alive since 1980s.
Nordic Network met in Helsinki in September 2011. Next meeting is taking place in Oslo, Norway, spring 2012.
The Finnish NGOs Network Against Human Trafficking
Since 2007 Pro Centre Finland has coordinated the national network of NGOs against human trafficking. The network is an informal coalition, which brings together NGOs and researchers interested in the subject
The network meets about four times a year. The meetings are good forums to share information and experience of human trafficking and victim support. The meetings are announced through the email list and internet forum, which also contain up to date information about trainings, seminars and publications on human trafficking.
Network may draft statements regarding work against human trafficking. There are obligations to sign the statements, but the members are invited to sign if they wish.

Pro Centre Finland also member of professional outreach work network (AMET), founded in spring 2009; the TAMPEP[1] and Correlation[2] networks.
